Athena is seeking land acquisition and joint venture opportunities throughout New England with a special interest in Massachusetts MBTA Communities, Gateway Cities and Economic Opportunity zones.

Athena seeks to create housing that benefits and communities and addresses the housing supply challenges. Athena believes that opportunities for affordable living should exist in all cities and towns of the Commonwealth. Athena is pursuing projects that provide the opportunity for people to live in the towns in which they grew up in and/or work in and that also spreads the responsibility for keeping the region affordable, and thereby thriving economically, among all communities.
